Coach Brandon has been active in the sport of volleyball for 19 years !! He is one of the original Co-Founders and Owners of Precision Volleyball Performance. He is also an Owner, Executive Director, and Coach for Augusta Juniors Volleyball Club ! Coach Brandon started learning to play volleyball in middle school.  When he got to high school, he became a Drill Facilitator/Practice Player/Manager for his High School’s Women’s Varsity Team for 4 years since there was no boys volleyball back in the old days lol. After high school he went on to compete and play at the elite level in the world of Adult Volleyball. Coach Brandon has competed in numerous national competitions/tournaments with organizations such as USA Volleyball, AVP, and NAGVA including 3 Adult National Championships. Coach Brandon is well knowledgable in all different types of volleyball including indoor, grass, and beach volleyball. He was also previously a Board of Directors Member at Large for one of the largest non-profit adult indoor volleyball leagues in Houston, TX. While in Houston, he enjoyed sharing his knowledge of technique, style, and how to have fun on the court with other league members. Coach Brandon was a former coach for the Augusta Eagles JV Team and is the current Co-Head Coach for the AJV 15 Royal National Team. “Volleyball has been such a wonderful thing in my life. I have met some of the greatest people in my life from and have learned some of life’s greatest lessons because of this sport. I look forward to sharing my extensive knowledge in technique, game play, and mentality in volleyball with other athletes who share the same love for the game. I’m excited to grow and advance athletes to the next level in their game and aspire to get players recruited to compete collegiately at the elite level.”

Coach Ross has been around the sport of volleyball for 13 years taking on many roles, those of which included player, coach, and now he is one of the original Co-Founders and Owners of Precision Volleyball Performance. He is also an Owner, Executive Director, and Coach for Augusta Juniors Volleyball Club ! He started playing out of high school where he discovered his passion of not only becoming a better player, but the sport itself. He then went on to play collegiately at Texas A&M University for the Mens Club Team. He played for 2 years playing multiple positions and became Vice President of the Club learning a little more about how to run a volleyball organization. After his years of college he continued playing at an elite level and has competed in numerous national competitions / tournaments with organizations such as USA Volleyball, AVP, NCVF, and NAGVA including 3 Adult Championships. He also found his passion to teach this sport in the art of coaching. He has coached for some very well known clubs in the Houston and College Station area having winning seasons, and in 2021 he coached the Augusta Eagles JV team for 2 seasons. Ross has been coaching for 7 years and is currently a Co-Head Coach of the AJV 15 Royal National team for AJV. Coach Ross is skilled in all forms of volleyball including indoor, grass, and beach volleyball.  “I can’t wait to help athletes rise to the next level of their game and go on to do whatever it is they want to accomplish in this sport. Teaching some of life’s greatest lessons and what it truly means to be a part of a TEAM.”

 

Kendra Williamson


 

 

 

 

 

 

Coach Kendra has an extensive coaching and playing resume in the sport of volleyball !! She is one of the original Co-Founders and Owners of Precision Volleyball Performance and is also an Assistant Director and Coach for Augusta Juniors Volleyball Club ! She began her volleyball career at Cross Creek High School for her Freshman - Junior year as well as Westside High School for her Senior Year. She helped lead her team to a Region Championship in 2012 and helped take the team to a Final Six appearance in the AA State Tournament for the 1st time in program history.  After high school, Coach Kendra went on to play collegiately for Andrew College where she was a starting setter her freshman year and a starting Libero her sophomore year. She then transferred to Georgia State University where she played for the Women’s Club team as a Setter/DS and for the Men’s Club team as a DS. Today, Kendra stays active in the sport of volleyball playing in adult indoor leagues as well as AVP sponsored grass tournaments in her free time. Her coaching experience is anything by ordinary, as she has coached for some amazing volleyball programs throughout her coaching career. She has coached for Westside High School breaking many school records and leading the team to its 1st Final Four appearance in school history. She has coached at Pace Academy under Jen McGurn who was the former UGA Assistant Coach and is currently coaching for the Academy of Richmond County (ARC) where she is the JV Head Coach and Varsity Assistant Coach. She helped lead the team to a Region win in 2019 as well as an Elite 8 appearance in 2020. Coach Kendra has also coached club volleyball for two elite nationally ranked clubs in the country including Tsunami Volleyball and A5 out of Atlanta, GA as well as some other clubs throughout the Greater Augusta area. “I fell in love with volleyball watching my older sister play in high school and she inspired me to try out my freshman year. I made the JV team and by the end of my first season, I was playing on the Varsity team. I slowly grew as a player and never looked back. Now as a coach my passion comes from watching all my players grow not only in the sport but as young adults. I am most excited to help athletes grow in their game to compete at the next level. “ Today Kendra also is an Assistant Director with AJV and is the Director of Skills and Development.
